Here in South-TX we are starting to see Winter Texans arriving from the northern states and Canada as it get cold earlier there! We are also seeing our part-time residents arrive, as they stay 6 months here in a cottage or apartment, then 6 months back north. Most Winter Texans will come after the holidays. So, we have just a trickle now.
