Ok, so I had installed a Winegard Wingman on my previous trailer. When I got rid of it and got the new trailer, I made sure to take the Wingman off first. While doing this I pretty much buggered up the plastic push rivets that you install it with. I was able to make it work but it's not too secure on the new trailer antennae.
Well today I finally contacted Winegard to ask for the sizes of the rivets. I received a return email in less than five minutes and was given the size.
I sent another email asking if I could just purchase them directly from Winegard and was again sent an email back. This one asked for my address and they would send them at no charge.
I know the cost is very minimal on their side, maybe a dollars worth of product, but that's just really good service in my book.
