Define "near"
The West Eugene Wetland are out, it's a wetlands restoration area limited to hiking and biking.
Most of the Eugene area is developed; someone lives there, someone farms there, someone works there, etc. Beyond over-night stopping in some parking lot I really doubt there is an area you could stay at for any period.
