Halloween camping in Texas.

Looking for some options for camping over the Halloween weekend. Camp sites that offer trick or treating and other fun stuff for kids. Anyone have a favorite place? Hillcountry to east Texas.

Last time I was at Cleburne State park they were handing out flyers for their Halloween festival. we go to Lloyd Park on Joe pool every year.

I have heard good reports about camped during Halloween at Guadalupe River State Park and Hill Country Jellystone.

Caddo Lake State Park does a really neat halloween weekend. decorations and trick or treating

Looks like Martin Dies, Jr. State Park in East Texas has a Haunted Hike on October 24.

There doesn't seem to be a way to search the Texas State Park Events calendar by keyword, but scroll though, I know many parks end up various halloween-themed events.
