Must be time!

I am complaining, trying to get it home so we can go in a few weeks.

Our kids are grown but the dog ain't. Boston terrier. Have had to take her out lately she sits in the drivers chair and all of a sudden she is a happy camper. Wish that worked for me as well. Won't be long now though. GO CAMPING. Larry

We had to disappoint our 6 yr old when we cancelled last weekend. We had freezing rain down here in nc and tons of trees down that weekend. Lots of people without power for days. I was afraid I would get trapped trying to get to the CG or a tree would fall on the rig. We hit the RV show this weekend and got her involved in the new trailer decision process instead. She likes to play house when looking g at the trailers and she pretends to make us meals in them. :)

We take delivery of our new unit next Saturday (3.22). I am sure the kids and I will be driveway camping on Saturday night. They have been asking for weeks, actually since the RV show in January when the camper will be arriving.

Here in Ohio, we got to a high of about 23 today and it snowed. This has been the longest winter ever.

My wife's oldest "child" has had the urge to go for about 2 months now, but I have to wait until the snow disappears before I can get to either the trailer or the camper, and since it is at least 2 feet deep still and closer to 3 feet by the driveway, I think it will be a while yet! Maybe I'll put the batteries in the camper and sleeep in it one weekend soon.

The Disney Princess tent has been in my living room a couple of times trying to pacify her.

Hope to get out before Easter Weekend but We'll be there Easter for the long weekend.

Our twin granddaughters have already starting begging weeks ago, just found out Tues our grandsons in Ohio are coming down during their spring break and both are asking to go somewhere. Both Uma wants to go at least a couple of days to just sit and relax by a fire before kids are around;)

Grandchildren all mentioned it this past weekend. We have our first weekend booked for 7 weeks away. We walked back to the shed yesterday, the snow is well over my knees, here's keeping my fingers crossed. The grandchildren suggested new Kayaks each for Easter! They are itchy!

Got her a calendar, some stickers and incorporated a math lesson into the countdown. She's 8 y/o and no longer forces me to lay down in her play tent for pretend camping as I was required to do a few years back. Oh and on the weekends she helps me make freeze ahead meals
