Need camping teenager friendly on the east coast

All night parties??? I was just at PirateLand last week, and there were no overnight parties, and the golf carts were put up at 11:00 PM. They may run all night at Ocean Lakes, but not at PL. Quiet time is 11, and it is strictly enforced.
