RV prep for winter

I'll be in the middle of WY until early-mid November most likely. I'm camped in 7 degree weather before, but only for a few days where this could be in negative temps if winter sets in early.

1) I bought a -20 degree heated water hose. Any tricks to this that I'm not thinking of that is of concern?

2) I'll dump most likely once per week. Do I need to do anything with the dump hose when I'm not using it?

3) Was considering an RV skirt to keep the wind from going under my TT. Is this worth it? Any recommendations for this?

4) What other 'winter - freezing conditions' prep should I be doing?

Thanks!
