- not sure about cards, but Crossville TN is on the Cumberland Plateau and cooler than the valley. Several parks in the area. I would say Bean Pot and Deer Run parks might have more activities.
Ute Mountain Casino Towaoc, Colorado has an RV park. Reasonable rates. - We went to Acadia National Park 2 summers ago for a COOL place for summer. It was 96 degrees all week! With all this crazy weather anywhere you choose may be a surprise! Next summer we hope to visit family in Idaho so I hope it is cool there.
- We go to the fabulous Oregon Coast to cool off in the summer.
