Julie, had Charlie recently had a bath? A friend told us their vet said not to put Frontline on a freshly bathed dog, as they need their body oil for it to spread around. However, I don't believe that is included in the directions. At least it used not to be. I am so sorry for your loss and commend you for not letting him suffer anymore. RIP Charlie.
