Montage of pics of Hurricane Pet Rescues

Sad but somehow very heartwarming to see these poor people trying to get to shelters and yet so determined to not leave their pets behind in the process.

My favorite is this one. For some reason it just made me smile and it seems to appear that the pet owners might be also. People just trying to make the best of a bad situation.
