New camping buddy

I've been meaning to post this for a while. This little guy joined our camping crew in June. Our first camping buddy will be 2 on Halloween and is named Scout, so the natural name for our second hiking and camping buddy is Ranger.

Here is Ranger with Scout. Scout is a Corgi as well but many people are thrown off by the floppy ears. She was named after Scout in To Kill a Mockingbird. Obviously not a benchmark for the breed but is certainly one sweet dog. As you can see she keeps a close watch on her little brother and even welcomes him in her crate.

Thanks everyone, he is a great companion to our other Corgi. So far he seems to enjoy the camping experience. Like most Corgi's, the closeness of the trailer is very much to their liking since it keeps their peeps close together.
