Travel with Cats
We have traveled with 5th wheels and have now purchased a Class A. We plan to take our cats with us. Anyone with experience on how to handle litter box placement please share. Thanks in advance

Funny, I have replied a couple times to a similar post and my advice is still the same. Best solution I ever read was to cut a "cat door" into the steps somewhere and then the litter was in an adjacent compartment. Perfect solution.
What's funny is that 3 of us have let people know you can train a cat to use the toilet. Even provided a link to the training product, and yet, there's still lots of litter box suggestions.
I don't understand. You can train a cat to use a toilet, (but may have to cut a hole in the bathroom door for a cat door), and that's sure better then having to put up with the smell, the cleaning chore, and the mess of a litter box. Not to mention finding a place for it. So why not?
What am I missing and why are so many still offering advice on litter boxes? Is there something wrong with the toilet training devices?
