Tybee Island Fine Me Beach

I agree with the original post. My brother who obeys rules got a 500 dollar ticket for having his golden on the beach when they could not even see the water. The officer told him that where the pavement stopped and sand started was the "beach". He had only been there a couple of hours. The cg host told him that was not reasonable, gave him his money back minus one day stay and he left. He paid the fine later.

As far as having a clean beach we spend several months on Hatteras Island. Dogs are allowed on leashes and while they are the occasional violators, that beach is clean and well managed.
