12v circuit breaker for magnetek

Question

I am getting ready to start wiring the 12v side of my fraklin and the magnetek site says to put a fuse or circuit breaker between the batteries and fuse box..the unit is used so i have to figure it out as i go.. thinking of using high amp fuse holder that came with the 4 guage audio power cable i am using for supply cables...any thoughts?

thanks for the link..that unit looks like it is about same size as the audio fuse holder so wouldn't take up alot of space..

I agree. Fuse. Breakers and electronics do not get along too good. Like feeding an Irishman Vodka. Sooner or later there'll be trouble a brewing.
