You will need your tire lug pattern size. Chances are that the factory rims where 16.5" and where replaced due to the load capacity being marginal many years ago. 17.5" rims are much stronger.
If you can only find 16.5" rims, then my suggestion is put them on the front axle (less weight per tire) and move all your good 17.5" rims to the back.
