50A Cable

I have never had any problems pluging the female end of my 50a cable into my camper, just push it in and twist. I haven't used the cable for about 3 months and now it seems like either the cable or receptal has swelled and my plug will not go in. Is this possible or am I losing it?

Well I think that might be possible it is more likely they would build in the MALE end and they would be easy to see there

(The male end is the inlet) they tend to build fairly large nests.

Good suggestion though.
