ALL 4 jacks should be on the ground regardless of brand Jacks. Now, IF 1 or more jacks cannot extend anymore(they have reached their full lift extension) then they may not touch the ground. But, most Auto control systems will not allow that to happen. What type of Jack system do you have and Year model of RV? Doug

Verify that both rear jacks are mounted at the same height on the frame rails---When retracted and on level ground BOTH have the same distance from the ground within 1 inch. Your system and Brand, all 3 or 4 jacks should be on the ground in auto level mode. Some PG systems had just 1 front center jack, but I believe Winne uses the 4 jack system. What happens if you manually try to extend the rear jacks after this happens? Does the short jack try to extend? Have you tried the system lately on a level pad? Doug
