I must have hit a branch or something, because there is a couple of inch or so tears in my awning a few inches from the trailer, which would be exposed when stowed.

Any tips on the best way to repair this would be appreciated. Some sort of tape, I'm guessing.

Gorilla tape. Awning repair tape will turn dark and doesn't really last very long. Gorilla tape Canberra purchased in water proof version.

sound guy is right.

I've used it (don't ask why) and works as advertised.

Due to depreciation the above opinions are now worth less than what you paid for them.

We are all good at something.....
I just happen to be a good bad example.
