Battery monitor

After installing a new 200 ah lithium battery, I set the monitor to 200 and turned the solar power on. Eventually the renergy controller indicated that the battery was full. There is a display on the battery that indicated full in a shorter amount of time. Charging stopped. However the ah displayed is 70 ah / 30%. The displayed voltage looks correct, the load amps do too. The shoreline charger made no difference. Your thoughts. Thank you

whats the actual voltage of the battery after it has rested?  you would have to turn the solar controler off to get that. and did you set the solar charger up in the Li mode?  it could also be that you would have to redo the setting and install the battery set to 200 AH now that the battery is full.  it propable charge it with 70 amps and then red full so it is assuming it is only a 70AH battery and you lied to it.  thats the first thing I would do is reset the size with the battery fully charged .
