click the link and look at the part called roller shaft. THAT roller is on the end inside of the drive shaft. Usually, that roller drags instead of rolling and causes a horrible noise. Solution is to access the assbly which will be between the frame rails and if on a towable will have to drop part of the covered underbelly. take spray white grease and saturate the outer tube guide front to rear on top where the roller glides on the steel. Also, take WD40 and spray the axle shafts for that roller. This usually fixes the noise problem. Doug
