Bleeder Screw niple size ????

I am heading for Home Depot and am preparing to bleed brakes on my w24. Do any of you know the ID of the plastic hose I need to get??
  • Sorry my W16 has a completely different system
    Maybe a micrometer
However these guys can easily tell you what you need

I installed the self bleeders OMEY's offers - they have worked wonderfully

3/16 will push on tight. 1/4 won't fit as tight but might stay in place. Use a six-point wrench or socket to get the bleeder loose. Stay with a box wrench if you can, but I've found the bleeders get stuck with rust. You don't wan to start this project by rounding that little hex off. The auto parts stores DO have replacements.
  • A littl shot of liquid wrench a couple days pryor to the bleed will help a lot to free rusty screws
