Not necessarily. It all depends. If it's 115 degrees outside (AZ desert) and you're "trying" (not necessarily succeeding) to cool a 25 foot TT, then a 3-4 hour runtime would be a reasonable expectation just like 2oldman mentioned. If you're cooling a 25 foot TT in, say, 95 degree heat then your 6 hour estimate IMO would be a reasonable expectation, too.
