cleaning the burner

Decided to clean my burner on my dometic fridge. Its had its "preventive" cure done on it. What a job to get to the burner with all this tin attached. But its nessessary to make sure its in working order.

Getting to the Burner is pretty easy, just a couple of sheet metal screws.
The Cleaning isn't a whole lot harder ...Use a Small Rubber Mallet and a Shop Vac. Rap on the chimney Flu and Suck all the Rust and Junk up with the Shop Vac.

This is how its done WITH OUT THE SAFETY SHIELDING added to protect you from the thing catching on fire. Supposedly.
You must not have the Dometic repair done on your unit, or you have the Norcold. I do, and what a mess to get to it.
