Cummins Carb difference? 146-0705 vs A042P619

Does any one know if these are the same carburetors? It looks like they are the same exact carburetors less the Cut Off Solenoid Valve which I now have 2 of and don't need a 3rd one. So if the only difference is the Cut Off Solenoid Valve I will same myself $80 and just get the model: 146-0705.
