Dead Battery while on 120v
OK electrical experts, need some help brain-storming this issue.
We are fulltiming in our 5'er. As of this morning, my battery is dead. The reason I knew, is because the outdoor Entry sensor light was flashing red.
We're on shore power, but cannot figure out what's going on. Had to rush off to work this morning so I haven't had time to do much, other than, check to see if the battery disconnect is still turned on. It was! Couldn't be a bad battery, the darn thing is only 1 year old. I've been plugged into shore power constantly for 5 months.
Could it be the inverter?, or a fuse issue somewhere? I'm perplexed.
Just one thing to add:
My furnace had a problem on Sunday (2) days ago. The blower motor stopped working. I took the cover pannel off the exterior wall of the coach to take a look inside, saw an (on/off) switch. Since I knew I had a problem with the motor, i just turned that switch "Off". Surely that didn't disconnect DC to entire coach?
Looking for suggestions to try before I reach in my wallet.
Thanks!!!!
