Is there power at the snap disc? if not, there is an inline fuse (cartridge fuse) in the positive line to the thermostat. need to chek it, I think it's on the blue wire on a Dometic. If the fuse is good, it's fan time. You can get a new one from DigiKey, Dell City Electronics of Flea Bay. I just bought 2 FDB (Fluid Dynamic Bearing) 120 mm muffin fans from Flea Bay for 20 bucks, shipping included.
FDB fans are completely silent in operation. I replaced my single fan with the pair for more airflow (and better heat transfer / cooling.
