Dometic T/Stat CCC2

I have a 2013 fith wheel with a Dometic T/Stat that will not respond. The Thermostat will turn off and on, can change the clock settings, but when you press the mode button nothing will happen. I tried to reset the T/Stat as per instruction but it will not reset. The T/Stat will allow you to do the 20 Diagnostic code checks, nothing unsual or codes come up. The mode button does not repond to allow the heat or A/C to come on.

Any suggestion

    I checked to see if a zone appears, no zone appears when the T/Stat is turned on. The zone appears when the T/Stat is in the off position. Yes the heater and a/c worked good before.

    I will check to see if a zone appears on the screen when I press the mode button for heat or A/C. The heat and A/C was working good, now the mode button does not respond.

    What if any ZONE's does it show? If NO Zones indicated, that is the start of your troubleshooting. Did it work previously and it just went dead and have you had any work done on the AC system in the RV? Doug
