Dometic thermostat

We have 2017 cedar creek silverback with 2 a/c units controlled by a Dometic comfort control center 2 thermostat I cannot get it to display anything about zone 2 I have reset it the way the manual says but still nothing. Any help will be greatly appreciated .
  • Thanks Doug I will try that later this week after it quits raining and warms up a bit Jim

I meant to say zone 2 a/c never was worked on

THANKS. I thought that was a weird post. Your Rear Zone 2 is a Penguin lo profile. Penguins were susceptible to humidity causing corrosion on the Phone type connections at the Evaporater. Take the phone type connectors loose and see if they are corroded at the Zone 2 AC. Doug
  • Zone 2 a/c unit never worked Zone 2 model 641815CXXICO Zone 1 model H541816AXXICO
  • There is a Phone Type cable between the Zone 2 AC control board and the Zone 1 AC control board. THAT is the first thing to check. So, the Zone 2 AC has never been changed or worked on before this problem started? Need the Model number of the AC units. Doug
  • Yes it worked . I went to turn on zone 2 a/c and nothing happened
