Electric Tongue Jack Wobble

Well I made the mistake - twice now - of leaving the tongue jack extended and moving forward (it was on a block and simply slid of the block onto the truck both times).. That's what I get for being in a rush to set up late...

On the second incident, the jack would blow fuses and I assumed it was bent. I changed two and it worked again...

It still works but since then I've noticed a creaking sound and substatial wobbling when the jack is extended. I can't see where the play is, the bolts appear secure but is looks like the moving leg has more play than before, up inside the head perhaps?

Any ideas?

Sounds like the actuator is bent, causing the wobble.
