I put a maxxair Turbo fan in the 'front' of my coach. First of of all the whole fan is 'outside' the RV so you don't even hear it.
Which many of us would consider a negative as we much prefer a little bit of white noise provided by a fan. My own current coach doesn't have a vent over the main cabin so I instead hang a twin fan, triple speed, reversible fan over the street side window next to the bed and it runs 24/7 whenever we're camping, just as would a roof vent fan, to circulate the air inside the camper AND for a bit of white noise. :B
