Went out today again and tried it and when I go to open it the same thing happens. it turns about 2 turns and stops and the vent is open about a inch. I crank it up manually to the full open position and the fan turns on... when I went to close it the lift motor did turn and lowered the dome to about 3 ins from being completely closed and than just stops. Have to close it all the way manually... Just seems like the lift motor is struggling and very slow...... Maybe I got a bad motor and there are no returns or guarantee on them.
Any other suggestions or ideas.
