Freezer works Frig does not

The freezer side works fine how ever on our return trip for Idaho the refrigerator slowly quite working. Thought it might be the thermistor, replaced it when we got home no luck.
Seems strange on side work and the other does not.

Freezer may feel cold but I bet it's not down to zero!!

Without knowing the actual temp of the freezer we are just guessing.

question, is there a fan that push,s the air around in a side by side.

Sounds like blockage between the 2 evaporator sections.

All cooling effect is occurring in freezer low temp evap but due to blockage to cooling effect can take place in food section high temp evap

Unfortunately that means replacement...either whole fridge or replacement of cooling unit.

Unplug thermistor, run it at 24 hrs....w/o thermistor it should freeze in food section
