Go Power panel flashes

I am having an Issue with my Go power display panel in my new 2018.5 Forest River Shockwave, also installed is 1500 watt inverter.

The panel is flashing and the solar panels are not charging the batteries. I am still waiting on tech support. any ideas.

Batteries are new, I checked all the fuses.

Yes get a voltmeter on the batteries as the first step.

have you looked at the instructions for the display panel i looked at some on the go power website and it said display flashes if battery voltage is above 15.5 volts.

Have you shut everything down and brought it back up?
