Headlite Assembly Changeout

Anybody know where I mite start looking for screws or fasteners that hold this headlite assembly in. Is this assy part of workhorse, or a Ford part, or maybe Rexhaul ?
At any rate, I can't find any fasteners that must be holding this assy in.
  • That is the exact assembly on my 95 Rexhall Aerbus. I bought new headlights for a 95 f150 and they fit perfectly. Just go in back of them and you will see two bolts with nuts holding them in at about the yellow turn signal height. There may be some screws or bolts holding up higher but are broke on mine. Once you get the trim off there is just 3 clips holding the headlights in.
Again, all this is from the back side.

    Thanks !
This is the reply I had hoped for, which I couldn't find on Utube.
Another question,....are these a sealed beam, or replaceable bulbs ?
The problem is the LH headlite is getting water inside the lens,..... .looks bad, and actually, I don't even know if it is burning.
  • "should" be replaceable bulbs. make sure you check ALL ground points and make sure your getting a good ground. Might also want to chek the voltage AT THE HEADLIGHT to make sure your getting proper voltage.

My 93 Pace Arrow Diesel uses the headlights of a 1990 Ford F150 PU. Rear tailights from a Ford Mustang.

  • RJ..
The water in the headlight must be a Ford thing. My 1997 had enough water in the light to hit and explode the hot bulb. I drilled two 1/8" holes on each side on the bottom of the lenses. It drained about a half pint of water. The bulb is a twist-out from the back. I left the bulb out for several days for air circulation to dry it out.
  • You can replace the bulbs but carefully check the headlights. The adjuster has small plastic parts that get bridle and break and the light get out of aim. The only fix is to replace the headlight. You will find headlights on Ebay for your MH but they will be way over priced. Just get headlights for a 95-6 ford F150.
