Finally figured out what was going on after filling and dumping the black tank about 5 times (at least it is now pretty clean). We actually found it is leaking at the pipe outlet of the tank, then it must have run along the zip tie (it was securing the sensor wires), that was on top of that seam so we could not see the moisture. Then the water ran down to the bottom of that pipe and moved out to the dump valve, where it would drip onto the bottom of the compartment. Once we took the zip tie off we could actually see it. LOTS of trial and error. So decided to take the camper to the camper fix guy, so he could put the correct sealant on this leaking seam.
