It all looks good!
The "30A" embossed on the receptacle tells you it is a "30 amp, 120 volt twistlock" receptacle. Note that it has THREE holes for prongs. FYI, the "30 amp 120/240 volt twistlock" receptacle has FOUR holes. As said, you will need an adapter to go from 30 amp 120 twistlock (three prongs) to your "TT 30" plug that you pictured in your hand, often called a "30 amp RV plug".
The 23.3A printed above the receptacle tells you that the Honda has a 23.3 amp breaker on that receptacle. So even though the receptacle is made to handle 30 amps, the Honda will only send 23.3 amps through there before shutting down. This is all normal.
It's worth saying that there are plenty of people who will pay $1,000 for that generator, used.
