75 KWH/month without A/C, with stove propane, heat propane and only water electrical - is pretty normal for a small apartment dweller. Which most Americans and Canadians are not - they will be, it's a matter of time, but at the moment they are not. Huge 36ft rig with slides is mere 300 sq.ft, this is an equivalent of a studio apartment, so I wouldn't be surprised to see similar numbers for a single person.
Add electric range - KWH will double.
Increase the number of rooms, and it goes up.
Sedentary life, sat TV 10 hours a day, MW running popcorn for hours - goes up again.
Add another person - it goes up again.
Some of these things are by choice, some other are your karma ;)
I didn't even touch electric heating and A/C yet. Alright, we agreed to avoid a "contest". Just wanted to provide some fill to those numbers.
