Hydralic leveler won't go down

My right rear hydraulic leveler won't go down. Jack it down and it will go back up. Any suggestions.

Well, State what brand and model jack system you have. What you posted makes NO SENSE. What switch? Doug

If it won’t go down, how are you “jacking” it down?

I think he means jack will extend in the down position but will not stay that way.

If that is the case, my two front Jacks or levelers did the same thing and I had to get them repacked.

    This will be interesting. Doug
  • spring return or power down power up

most likely problem, the valve for jack is NOT opening

could be a bad relay in the control, bad control board, or bad hydraulic valve/coil

manually 'forcing it down', either spring tension or internal vacuum is going to pull it back up
it needs hyd pressure to hold it down
