I'm not sure I am being clear- the power for the valve comes through the limit and sail switch- I looked at a Dinosaur Fan50 I have here and the power to the valve relay is wired that way. I would suspect the OEM board is as well.

power comes out of the board, goes through a toggle switch then over to the solenoids. Yeah, I was searching what dino board to put on it, I put one onto my fridge/freezer that had issues too, and it works awesome every time!

The reason I ask is that it is possible (I don't have that board in front of me to check), that the voltage for the gas valve goes through the sail and limit switches, and that the main power input is basically for the blower motor. That was a common problem on the non fan control boards.
FWIW, if it does turn out to ne the board, I would replace it with this Dinosaur board for $117. I wouldn't try to cobble something up.

Did you test the voltage at the sail switch input? (Sometimes marked +12 on some boards).

just checked, power was at 13.1 at the board input (is on battery tender) Still only 7v coming out

Two ways I can think of to fix this, as there must be something wrong with this board,
1) A voltage step up, to step the 6.5-7v output back up to near 12v
2) put a relay in there and use the board power to trip the relay only. But have to find a 12v relay that only takes 6v to trip..

Ill probably order the voltage step up and be done with it.

Even though Atwood gives a lower limit of 10.5 volts, I always want at least 12.5 volts to a furnace and 12 to the board, minimum. I would test the voltages at the board- pull the pin connector up enough to measure the sail switch input voltage and the valve output. While it could be a bad board, they are really quite reliable, and having 2 go bad tends to suggest an external problem.
I would also double check the wiring- that furnace has been rewired for that new board- it was only for a very short time they put a switch in the gas valve line.

Where are you measuring these voltages? 11.7 is to low for a supply voltage.
