In a bit of a predicament (Black Water tank full and frozen)

I agree with several others....I doubt that it is frozen. 30 degrees isn't cold enough to freeze up a 30 gal tank. It's more likely clogged up. If you can't chemically treat it to disolve the clog, it will be a messy job for sure.
