hello all we just spent 9 days in our 5er and found out all our lights are 12 volt our travel trail had both 12 and 120 we do have a solar panel we never had any go out or anything would it be...

Nope....it would be very easy. But they wouldn't burn very bright :). Seriously, if you camp in RV parks, you could always run a separate extension cord to the hookup box and then hook some 120V bulbs to it. But not sure why you'd want to. I'm sure there are other more expensive ways to accomplish what you want but the extension cord is the cheap way.
