From what you say, you probably don't need a 115 AC inverter. There are numerous AA/AAA and USB chargers that run off 12V Cigarette Lighter outlets.
I have a 150 PSW inverter for the TV / DVD (seldom used); but batteries for cameras, AA/AAA, USB powered devices are all run off 12V cigarette Lighter style adapters.
