If it will retract by prying it up with pressure, then it is NOT a solenoid problem. You need to run the jack down and then clean and oil the cylinder. You may have to do this more than once. The jack is raised by the springs only, once the solenoids are energized. If the solenoids were not working, you couldn't pry them up.
