There's any number of no-brand LED driver on Amazon, DROK constant current constant voltage for example.

For me, when I don't build my own, I use LED Dynamics ... consider them the Concorde Lifeline of LED drivers. I don't think they sell through Amazon, but you can get them from electronics supply houses like Future, Digikey, Mouser, Arrow.
