What is the question?????? What is a Bucker???? Are you talking about a transformer?
Transformers do not work on DC circuits but they make two devices that do. One is a "Voltage Regulator" like a pressure regulator in a water line it will reduce the voltage.. but it's lossy. basically it's a automatic variable resistor.
Then there are two almost alike device called a Buck/Boost or Bucker (or booster)
These "chop" the DC then either work like a switching power supply to reduce the voltage or.. In some cases INCREASE the voltage So you can put in anything from say 3 to 25 volts and get out anyting from 5 to 20 volts..
To the Original poster. Check All Electronics dot com (Make obvious changes).
Also Jamco Those would be my first suggestions.. I have one here somewhere I've not yet wired in to where it's going to go.
