Looking for replacement pancake air tank

Last couple of trips I have noticed that the compressor for my air horns cycling. The tank is mounted on the firewall on the drivers side. It appears to be a 2 gallon tank. I believe that since the tank is mounted on the firewall I have no drain on the tank. I believe the water sits on the bottom of the tank rusting away.

Not sure who Fleetwood purchased their air tanks from back in the 90's.

I'll try & get some pictures posted.

Thanks.
  • Have you checked for bubbles to verify the tank is defective? Could also be fittings or bad hose.
  • The bottom half of the air tank is rusted and leaking.
Don't need any soap to tell me their is a leak on this 20+ year old air tank.

    Thanks for the reply

I was at Harbor Freight the other day and they had a 3-gallon pancake tank for $39.95. Had a 120VAC compressor on top, but the tank might be cheaper as a part than air horn parts.
