Dish programming comes in on 2 or 3 satellites. If you have two "wally's" connected, the primary one is what controls the dish position based on the channel selected to watch. the secondary wally will be at the mercy of the primary, in that the secondary can only tune into channels that are available on the satellite that the dish is currently tuned into. Even if the primary is not being watched, the secondary cannot command the dish to move to the other satellites.

That is RV portable, but when deployed works like home dish and can receive all dish satellites at one time.
The Dish version of the Winegard Trav'ler (SK-1000) is an automated RV mounted Dish residential 1000.2 triple LNB dish and receives all three western arc sats at once. It works quite well with all Dish receivers, including the latest Hopper3. The SK-1000 is what your link shows.
