I'm looking for a simple wall mount panel with one or two digital LED or LCD meters in it to check the DC house voltage and the AC shore power. I just want something simple in one panel that has a button to press for either AC or DC voltage. Don't need spike protection, current, or anything else. Just want a digital readout of both AC and DC systems with the meters powered off the DC voltage. I have multi-meters but just want something built in that has both AC and DC. I can build one myself if I can't find one but someone must make one in a single panel.

The workings and wirings of an AC meter and a DC meter are going to be pretty different. Thanks but you are correct. Not willing to spend a lot since I can build my own for under $20 in parts. All you need is an AC meter, a DC meter, a DPDT momentary switch, and a panel to mount them on.Just thought there should be a combination panel out there already designed for it.

I know this isn't exactly what you asked for, but I mounted a TM2020 next to a wall outlet. The Trimetric device tells me all I want to know about the 12v side of the house. I plugged a Kill-o-watt into the outlet next to it, which tells me what I need to know about the AC side.

I put this Vena AC/DC meter in several years ago. It has been great and does a lot of different things for me. But, they don't make them anymore.

The only single AC/ DC meter I could find is $510

Only two meters for just voltage :S

DCv should only draw 1 milliamp continuous (0.01 amp)
Not enough to worry IMO. Or add a switch for each is fine.
