Sorry if this isn't the right forum, but, didn't know where else to ask.Ive got the standard 6 gallon (?) Propane water heater on my Class C and am trying to find a very flexible brush that's on a wire which will make the 'S' curve for the tubes that the flame travels thru. Ive done a google with no luck. Any tips on where to get ????Many thanks.

Search on "pipe cleaner brush" will return what you're looking for.

Bar supply shop or restaurant supply shop. Try online: KEGWORKS

Our local hardware store had one for cleaning BBQs. About 15" long, 1/8" diameter spring with a small 1/2" brush for pushing through the tubes. Check the BBQ section in your local store, HD, Walmart etc.Beverley and Ken

Like Gjack but I also used my shop vac to help pull it through the tube. Just be careful as you can suck the rag/hangar right into the shop vac. Don't ask, I just know to be careful.

Thanks, That will work good on the little burner, but heres what I just found for the 'S' curve heat exchanger and it comes in various size brushes from 1"-4" : http://www.brushtechbrushes.com/appliance-brushes/mini-snake-brush-for-ducts-32-long.html

The easiest to find is this Camco brush- some borgmart stores will have them in the gas grill section.

Most RV dealers that have stores, have them made just for that.
I bought one just to have, but so far have never used it.

I use a rag on a coat hanger also. It is tighter than the nylon brushes.

For the tube inside the heater that the flame goes through, a refrigerator fin brush may be big enough to do the job. Should be available from Lowes or Home Depot.

Remove the burner tube.....stick a wire thru it........tie rag on end of wire.....pull back thru.

A bottle brush can be found at most any discount store.....Family Dollar, Dollar General, 99 cent store etc.
