Need help on part name so I can order

The manufacture on my A/C way over tightened the four mounting bolts at each corner. By "over tightened", I mean they wrenched it so tight that the metal bar is bent up on all corners. Last year I just made sure bolts were still tight on A/C gasket. Starting my annual inspect and noticed one bolt came through. Only 3 bolts holding A/C right now. I want to replace the metal part the A/C sits into the vent hole.

What is the part called?

what do you mean the bolt came through... like the bolt head fits through a hole now that it's not supposed to? How about using a steel (and/or neoprene) washer?

    Can't post pic right now.
At each corner of A/C (under the cover)there is a metal piece of metal that a bolt goes through in the A/C to keep it attached to roof. Way to much torque was put on the bolts. Head of one bolt broke through. Other 3 metal pieces are bent from to much torque. I would like to install another metal piece that fits into hole. If not I'll beef up with some metal pieces and get longer bolts. But I can't figure out the part name to look up what I need.
